These days everyone is telling us to get out of our comfort zone and Just Do It! I'm even guilty of recommending this at times. But there is a huge difference between doing something out of your comfort zone that intrigues you, and doing that thing everyone encourages you to try but it doesn't sit well with you.

On this episode, we will peel back the layers of what we should push our boundries on and the things we might let go of. Not every experience is meant for us. Saying no, or taking a pass at a particular adventure is perfectly ok.
