I'm scaling down my business & letting all my clients go…
It’s the complete opposite of how I thought 2023 was going to go. I thought this year was going to be about scaling up, not down.
In this episode I’m talking about how a health event has triggered a complete 180 of my plans and trajectory of my business. I was laying in bed, recovering from something extreme, and I couldn’t stop thinking about my duty to my clients and who I was letting down.
This was a massive wake up call.
Even though I love my work, I realized that I have an unhealthy relationship with it.
Even though I’m extremely creative, I realized that I’m using my creativity for everyone else, and not myself.
Even though I’ve been extremely blessed in business, with loyal clientele and team, I’ve decided to go on sabbatical and have let all my clients go, so that I can focus on rest and healing.
Overall, I’ve realized that just because I’m good at something, and can do something - doesn’t mean I should.
