Darlene starts off the episode by sharing that in the past she was a very anxious and nervous person. She used to smoke two packs per day to calm her nerves and had horribly painful panic attacks. Honoring her lungs she learned to deep breathe and now practices breathing techniques during her meditation that brings her body literally to LIFE!


Kate recently experienced a rain storm that flooded a storage unit that held her precious treasures. She told herself to breathe before she went into a panic to go through her “stuff”. Because she was intentional and was looking for the goodness, Kate came across so many items that she needed. She stressed the importance of taking responsibility in how she responded.


Connie shares a snowball email experience that rocked her world and really had her taking time to breathe. Once she intentionally took that time to pause, breathe...everything became clear and she arrived at a solution.


For Piper, breath is our most fundamental element of life. She speaks to her experience of natural childbirth and how her breath carried her through. Piper reiterated how you can’t get through it if you fight it. Your breath is there for you! It is LIFE FORCE!


Heather quietly comments on appreciating your breath when you have it and the importance of honoring your Intuition.
