Part 2 of a 2 part series. Recently I have worked to discover the trigger for anxiety, depression, trust issues. In today's episode I walk you through the night and moment I believe that anxiety decided to take residence in my life. This true & unsettling story has mystery attached to it even 25 years later.

The memories that make up our childhood may not always be the most pleasant. I know, personally, for me, I have to move past a few memories to find some that I cherish. In today's episode, I do just that. Take a quick journey with me as I explore memory lane with three of my favorite.  

This very true, very embarrassing story took place when I was a senior in high school. A weekend high school basketball tournament at a college in Missouri found a few of my teammates in a college dorm room as we bunked up for the night.
