Giving myself reminders and love that I AM the most important person in my life. It IS a full time commitment to take care of myself. And I just got hired. No more part time, half time care. I'm in it NOWW babyy FULL TIME energy, care and love for me.

Back in the podcasting realm documenting this pivotal moment in my life where I am in the process of BEing. Finding a practice can be one of those daunting things as an adult. Being the "best" at something always prevented me from digging deep within a practice but I've come to know how important it is to invest in one. Continue challenging yourself. Growth comes from moving through discomfort, pressure and resistance. It truly is the best feeling to know how far you can go and how limitless you actually are. Let's dive in together 🔥

Everyday is an opportunity to test yourself, your limits and push through the things you've been avoiding. I had my first reall fall today at the skate park but it was in the process of conquering fear and I have absolutelt no regrets!

Day 3 on my skateboard and it's already a telling force into unlocking parts of me. The feedback loop. Is something that we all are capable o unlocking when delving into a physical practice. Which I also believe can spill into the way you live your life. What kind of feedback are you recieving? Di these modes of existing serve or do not serve you?

"Complicated" the word we use to describe the undescribable. I delve into conversation and song, embracing my preteen/ teenage self. Things were complicated back then but I am gaining and seeking clarity.

Netflix has done it again as I just finished watching "skater girl" I delve into the parts of myself reminding me of the beauty of dreams, passion and choice to live the lives we want. Take some time to feel this one with me. It's a feeler and I love that you are in this journey with me.

Day 3 of creating these dialogues and I have my first podcast request so here it is! Listener Viola asks, "how do I create community? Where do I find these people? How do I create community amongst the friends I already have? What tools do we have to create community? How can I create safe in depth conversations with people already around us?" Yes! Yes! YES! To all these questions! Creating community is definitely a passion of mine and reminded me of the importance of creating community. I go in depth on my experiences. Creating "beacons", connecting authentically, exploring passions in exisiting communities these were all covered and more! As I listen to this conversation I also want to add, community can be as big and small as you want and I personally usually find I connect deeply with just a few people within bigger communities so there are levels of engagement as well. This is a BIG topic for me so let me know if there is a part of the dialogue you want me to explore further. Requests are HIGHLY encouraged
