I eat too much - the consequences of a lifetime of over indulgence are catching me up pretty fast. Nowadays I do lots of motorway driving -everytime you stop for the loo , a break or just to get out of the traffic you get confronted by food. People queuing for it , ordering it, paying for it, chomping their way throughout it. Crazy..
