On today's flow, our multifaceted, beautiful friend Kayla came and dropped some precious gems off. We discussed the value of pushing yourself to try new things just because, how affirming standing in your authentic self can be ( especially during the most blurring times and spaces), and so much more in between. As always, feel free to add your thoughts to anything brought up, we would love to hear what you think. 🦋

On today’s flow, we’re discussing the world of creativity with our friend and dazzling fashion designer Shaughna-Kay. We speak on her journey of breaking through in the industry and debunking if creativity is something you are born with or can tap into. Spoiler, creativity is something we can all pour into. We hope this conversation pushes you to finally listen to the little voice inside and try something you thought you could not do. As always, feel free to add your thoughts to anything brought up, we would love to hear what you think. 🦋
