How far does consent go when it involves mutilation, suicide and consumption of another human? The early 2000's case involving Armin Meiwes and Bernd Brandes explores just that. After meeting through an online forum for death & cannibalism, the pair assisted each other in fulfilling their ultimate sexual desires. One wanted a portion of their body mutilated, and the other wanted to eat another human in his longer for connection.
