Today I wanted to talk about the tiny creative pressures people sometimes put on themselves. I am often a person who stifle sees feelings and I’m looking to simply just sit down and write some thing with a relaxing mentality. Part of my creative journey is literally just getting out of my head.

This an episode dedicated to revamping our mentality and environment. Covid 19 has been and still is a challenge for people. Today I will be discussing some things I went through, some things I learned and where I am at now. When I say Covid-19 I have to remind myself that it is in fact 2020. Time has flown in a very strange way. I feel like the last few months has been a whirlwind of emotions, seclusion, working, and moving forward or trying to. I will be discussing how I dealt with my internal fears, how I got over some, and what I am still working on.  I hope that this gives someone some tips or motivation for making small changes in their life no matter how small. Aside from the physical fear of Covid-19 there is the mental challenges that can consume our minds. We aren't in the clear yet so just know it is never too late to move forward!
