Sometimes as we get older we stop dreaming dreams for ourselves and just dream about our adult children feel regret for what wasn’t done in our own lives remember there’s always time for a new dream take action

It is inevitable we will all change it’s a matter of how we feel about it

No life is perfect we all have our problems and regrets we also have our joys in our loves So this is just a short talk about some of the regrets I have and how I’m trying to improve not just physically but also mentally I’m going to enjoy the ride
