This episode “Just Knowing How To Live” starts out by discussing relationships rather it be romantic or friendships it's knowing how to converse in a way that doesn't make either party defensive or resentful and it's going back and remembering the person that you're with is still that same person that you were first attracted to however as time goes on we tend to get relaxed. This episode is also a reminder to treat others like we just met them rather it be last month, yesterday, tomorrow or 10 years ago and that opens a door for more and better conversations. Just because somebody doesn't think just like you doesn't mean their wrong and if you don't put them on the defense they'll usually tell you or confide in you how they're actually feeling and then you have a better understanding and it makes sense which translates into wanting to spend more time together enjoying each other's company.
