In this episode, I discuss using psychedelics and plant medicine to heal our big ticket wounds. There has been amazing strides in the arena of psychedelic-assisted therapies. I believe these substances to be medicine even though they're stigmatized as drugs. I will always refer to them as medicine because that is what they have been for me.
Types of medicines now being considered for therapy:
MDMA/MDA, Medical Marijuana, LSD, Ibogaine, Ayahuasca, DMT, Ketamine, Mescaline, Peyote, Psilocybin
Treatable conditions & behaviors:
Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Addiction, Chronic Illness, Trauma-induced Mental Illness Disorders, Trauma-related issues
MDMA has shown to be incredibly effective in treatment of trauma, specifically PTSD.
Psilocybin has shown to be incredibly effective in treatment of anxiety, depression and addiction.

Decisions: How to get your head + heart on the same page
Making a choice can be challenging. It can lead to doubt, worry, fear, stagnation and anxiety. Have a listen to this week's podcast and learn how I get my head and heart on the same page in order to make the best, most aligned choice for my highest good.
Hint: Listen + feel into your heart—that is your answer. When it comes from this space, the "how" will show up. The heart is the initiation of the path. See, when we start to focus on the "how", we get locked in the mind. It begins to pull from out limited past experiences when in actuality there are limitless possibilities.
If you want a different outcome you must be willing to try something new.
I hope this resonates with you!
P.S. Please excuse the little audio mishaps.. and animal sounds.
