We start on Jarrod's journey of changing his major two or three times and we discuss the power of having a backup plan, especially when the pandemic ruined Plan A. We get into Jarrod's day to day juggling two jobs, three classes and the emotional bandwidth needed to support the families he oversees. Last, the two end off on the inconsistent journey of mental health and how exactly we can push through the worst of times.

We get into what the road to a doctorate looks like for her, her transition to a new city and school, and how a hybrid curriculum is going for her. We talk about her experience finishing graduate school online and how she managed balancing undergrad and graduate classes her senior year (in the middle of a pandemic). Then, we get into some internship talk and her time with the teams she's worked on within finance and taxes. Did you know you can get rejected from an internship for having too much interest in community service? Oh yeah, we get into that too.
