Luke records another one of Paul’s mission journeys for Paul Mitchell Aquila and Priscilla and we’re Silas and Timothy come and help him in the mission we see amApollos preaching the gospel and many new believers amen.

Paul is run out of town in several locations and ends up sharing the gospel in Athens

As the gospel spreads so does the resistance. It is through the Holy Spirit that in spite of the resistance the good news of Jesus Christ continues throughout the region.

The church in action.

That was some disagreement in the teaching in the new church. The leaders of the church got together and resolved the issue. Paul and Silas set out for Paul’s second missionary journey.

Paul and Barnabas complete their first missionary journey. Many Jews, Gentiles and Greeks excepting the good news of Jesus Christ. The religious community rejected the goodness and stone Paul to near death.

Saul became known as Paul and traveled with Barnabas preaching the good news of eternal life in Christ Jesus. They were rejected by the Jews and fulfill the word of God presenting the gospel to the Gentiles

This is really a great short chapter. The apostle James is killed and the apostle Peter is in prison. through a prayer meeting Peter is miraculously released from prison and Herod Agrippa dies.

The Holy Spirit opens the door of salvation to Gentiles. The apostles in the leaders at Jerusalem Rejoice that the Gentiles receive the Holy Spirit just as they have.

This is a great story of a relationship between Peter and Roman Gentile soldier in Cornelius. Inspiring word of the power and infilling of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in a new language, that is speaking in tongues.

Saul, who had authority to arrest and kill believers had an encounter with Jesus Christ and was converted to become a true believer. Peter is used by God to heal a man and to raise a woman from the dead. The gospel spread throughout the regions.
