In todays message, I relate my own experience yesterday of having a rough day energetically, and how accepting that sometimes there is nothing we can do in the eye of a storm.  Treat your rollercoaster-of-a-day like a rough storm at sea, grab a hold tightly of the side of the boat, and ride that storm out!  What you are likely to find is a beautifully peaceful day and an even stronger version of you has been left in its wake.
