When we fully accept ourselves, our ‘total package of beauty and imperfections’,  we can now apply the virtue of acceptance to all areas of our Life situations, and fortify our own Self-Love. With work done in the area of Self-Acceptance, we can dissolve all inner-conflict and pour the Love we have found in its place outwardly into to the universe.

With the unthinkable tragedy of the death of Kobe Bryant, his daughter, and seven others this weekend, we are reminded how quickly Life can change and how loved-ones can be taken away in an instant.  With such a far-reaching scope of effect, the magnitude of this tragedy is felt worldwide, also showing us how apparent Love, compassion, and empathy is throughout humanity when we are faced with such a somber scenario.

Finding ways to return our basic fundamentals of Living, not only allows space for individual growth, but can slow down the bomabardment of fast-paced Life, allowing more space for fun, Love, peace, an overall higher quality of Life.

Today is my birthday, and it is a great reminder of all the people who care for us, and that we are all so very deserving of being celebrated.  Be inspired to embrace your day and to tell people when it is your birthday, because if you don’t, noone will know, you won’t have as much fun, AND the people in our lives would Love the chance to recognize the beautiful Life that is YOU!

When Life throws you a curveball of change, explore the option of ‘non-doing’ – the antithesis of  compulsive ‘doing’.   Allow ourselves time in that sacred space between situations to integrate and marinate with the plan Life has for us, instead of forcing a new outcome, and experience the power of surrendering and accepting whatever the universe has in store for us.
