Mike P Live Free

Today we relate our most basic and innate characteristic as humans to tell stories, and that how whatever stories we tell ourselves become our reality. We learn to observe these stories and how to discard those that don’t serve us and how to create ones that do.

Today I reflect on, not only the amazing achievement of our sons early graduation over the weekend, but his inspiring choice to set aside his very respectable and hard-earned degree, to chase his dream of one day becoming a Hollywood actor.

In todays episode, we explore the freedoms that arise from having passions in your Life that bring you joy and fulfillment to the deepest part of your being.

In todays message, I relate my own experience yesterday of having a rough day energetically, and how accepting that sometimes there is nothing we can do in the eye of a storm.  Treat your rollercoaster-of-a-day like a rough storm at sea, grab a hold tightly of the side of the boat, and ride that storm out!  What you are likely to find is a beautifully peaceful day and an even stronger version of you has been left in its wake.

Today on the Live Free Movement, we revisit and explore more of what it means to ‘Live Free’, and how each and every one of us has it in us to do so.

You all know of that something you have wanted to accomplish and have just been dragging it around with you like a ball-and-chain. Today we cover the simplicity in just taking action – any action, being consistent with it, and enjoying the process. Unchain yourself and Live Free from the burden of carrying these unfulfilled desires that call to us from our inner-most being, and answer that call once and for all!

Today, we take a moment to try and grasp how incredibly lucky we are to be alive and the near-impossible odds we have overcome in order to be this amazing life that we are – a true walking ‘cosmic-miracle’!

In this inaugural episode, I introduce myself, Mike P,  and the Live-Free Movement message, as we begin this fun and inspirational podcast journey, uncovering what it truly means to Live Free.
