In the latest episode the two pals discuss their broken derailleur woes and the fact that this weekend they should have both met up and cycled the South Downs Way. They also discuss the need for a sat nav and the miracle that is side load bottle cages.

The lads talk to Tim Mason DeSave, who knows everything there is to know about going on a bike packing adventure.  Tim, who is also joined this week by Ben, explain what sort of kit you need (and don't need) and some real gold nuggets of advice when it comes to doing a long distance tour on your bike.

In the latest episode Enzo tells us about turning his standard turbo trainer into a smart trainer with a cheap sensor.  Bob has taken up yoga and can now touch his toes! Bob has also discovered he is now pretty good at a new sport he has invented using his bike and a patch of grass.

The boys are back and tell us about their weekend cycle events, Bob off-road and Enzo on the tarmac. Shed mouse is back with more adventures and Enzo tells Bob all about his new lock down cycling regime.

Ben joins Enzo and Bob in episode 5 of the Just Riding About podcast and tells us just how beneficial joining a cycling club can be.  The weather has once again curtailed the lads cycling endeavours but they have still managed to get a few miles in.  Enzo tells us about his impending Sportive whilst Bob is also in training for his 7 hills challenge.  And this week's recommendations corner is the stuff of dreams!

In episode 4 of the Just Riding About podcast, the chaps continue their preparations for the South Downs Way mountain bike ride.  Bob tells us about a revolutionary way of cleaning his bike, almost by magic, whilst Enzo finds he needs to spend money if he wants his trusty old mountain bike to get up to spec. Oh and Bob falls off on into mud on the way home from work.

In episode 3, Bob tries to convince Enzo into joining him on a 2-day mountain bike tour of the South Downs.  The chaps also discuss how good Merino wool is and Bob reckons the cast of soap opera Neighbours have started listening to the pod!

In episode two, Bob and Enzo talk about riding in wet weather and a first foray cycling around a major capital city.  Bob explains how the Isle of Wight could be in line for hosting the Tour of Britain and Enzo has finally witnessed the miracle that is CO2 gas.

Enzo and Bob are a couple of 40-somethings who just love cycling. In this first episode they introduce themselves and their bikes and what the pod is all about.  They talk about the lure of Strava and why cycling allows you to wear clothing that might ordinarily get you locked up!  Oh and they also have a couple of music recommendations, if you're into that sort of thing.
