It's ok to say no. Many of us feel pressure from family, friends, or co-workers to say yes. In some instances this can become toxic & incredibly negative for you! Believe me manipulative people have a way of identifying & using people that are YES men or women. Some folks like to keep a score card of what they did for you to use against you. This is a serious episode, but me and Jack keep plenty of humor punched in as well!

Saying NO is for your mental, physical, & spiritual well being. You don't owe anybody an excuse. Or just learn to say, "I don't want to." Simple enough, or is it? - Ok so here is what we discuss this episode.....

- Everyone will not like you no matter what you do.

- Your priorities in life matter the most.

- Who is #1...YOU ARE

- Life goes on. 

Yes or no. Don't put so much weight on what others want all the time. Life goes by faster the busier you are. Slow down and DO YOU. What you want. Even if its relaxing. No guilt or regrets. Because saying yes all the time will be your biggest regret. Make time for your life. Aspirations. Dreams.
