I’m so excited for you to meet my sweet friend, Michelle Evans. Our friendship is built on lifting each other up and celebrating wins — and this season of her life is a big one.

Michelle spent twenty years taking care of her family. After her divorce, she realized it was time to take care of herself. She went back to school, worked full-time, raised her girls, barely slept — and graduated with honors. One of her proudest moments was letting her daughters watch her walk across that stage.

Soon after, an investor found her on LinkedIn. It was scary. It was a risk. She said yes anyway. Today she’s a Managing Partner of a successful recruiting division, growing, learning, and making more than she ever has.

Her advice? Get yourself out there. Go to the dinner. Meet the people. Have the conversation. You don’t have to be perfect — just show up.
