We recognize that some people enter our community feeling confused. They are waiting for us to come at them with the lightning-quick, magic instructions - a repeat of ALL the other diet books and programs they've ever tried.
But, like you, we have learned that those "quick-fixes" never worked for long [if at all]. In fact, over time, those diets only led to more weight gain.
It can feel scary to engage your own intelligence, commit and be consistent. Because these are qualities that most overweight people think they do not possess when it comes to food.
But we disagree. We challenge you to ask yourself - What if I DO have exactly what it takes to figure this out (with some guidance and support)?
