I took a break from certain creative endeavors to focus on going inward and trying new projects but I'm back baby!

This episode I talk about navigating these uncertain times. There has been a lot going on over the past couple of years but the past few months seemed to have also been extra challenging. When you're going on that spiritual path or path back to self you're needing to go deeper so of you've been in hermit mode you're not alone! But its spring time and it's now time to break through the tough dirt and show how we've blossomed.

In this episode I talk about my experience dealing with my neighbor who harassed my kids and I and caused a lot of trauma. Dealing with flashback of living in constant fear and being in fight or flight mode because of their addiction and subsequent obsessive watching of me and my kids. Getting triggered but now seeing things from a different vantage point. Finding strength within and leaning into it. And gratitude for the experience while not wishing to relive it again.

This episode I talk about what's been going on at this moment in history. Life has been trying and we have been going through it. We are all navigating uncharted waters as a humans in these times. I talk about ego, evil, light and being a light worker and starseed in these times. I get real on how low I've been but I am here to be that beacon of light to navigate. This is just the tip and I am aware of the complexities of segregation, apartheid, control, etc but this is a snippet of my current journey.

On this episode I talk about moving past your fears. In a time where it seems that everything is moving fast, take a minute to pause and reflect on where you are and dream about where you want to go moving forward.

My garage has become my shecave where I can have a moment of peace and quiet. Todays thoughts and theme is parenting. Standing up for our children in different ways.
