  • The PornHub Problem

There's a PornHub problem. I describe it, am nuanced about it, and offer a possible solution.

I didn't get around to including this in the video, but as a comparison for the views that PornHub gets. https://www.omnicoreagency.com/youtube-statistics/

I think porn's effect on society as a whole is bad. This doesn't mean I think the essence of porn is bad (as porn ranges from pinup posters to explicit intimate encounters being shared, to exploration of fantasy [which I think is useful, including 'negative' fantasy]) but that porn as a whole, practically speaking, has a negative effect on society.

  • My PayPal Censorship and Discrimination Saga (Finally!!)

Do you have a good opinion of PayPal? Erase it! They suck. They're underhanded, unscrupulous, and getting more popular. Here's my account of an over a year long experience with them, where they tried to give me the wrong end of the stick.

My initial video on the topic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MUE3_l1NdVQ

    My tweets: https://twitter.com/desiraethinking/status/1062679208281956352?s=20 , https://twitter.com/desiraethinking/status/1200157757959286786?s=20

The full unedited (except for personal information) calls: https://youtu.be/-8_XKJqiXnY

For my statements on PayPal, see their 2018/2019 Annual Report. (p3 has that 75% statistic, which is insane.) https://investor.paypal-corp.com/financial-information/annual-reports , https://investor.paypal-corp.com/static-files/7bfecebd-ac1a-4d50-a9fb-41ebd8f98eea
