This episode avocates and encourages employers and governing authorities to make just and timely decisions when there are grievances within the workplace. Especially in situations where employees or a person is not compensated for their work or has claimed that they were unfairly treated in some way. If an employee has an unblemished record for consecutive years, and have been working without break or fault and their history is commendable, then all of a sudden they are targetted, blamed and unfaily treated, this should be addressed and the human element of spite and maliciousness toward the person should not be condoned.
