About Justin Batt:
Justin is dedicated to connecting and restoring fatherhood worldwide, aiming to change the next generation through events, experiences, education, and technology. He believes that if you win at work but don't win at home, then you haven't won. He has created a for-profit and a non-profit to create education and experiences that will impact 10 million fathers in the next 10 years, ending fatherlessness.
He and his family are also creating a school called Varsity Prep for their kids, training them to be a force for good in the world. Justin is a fatherhood coach and has held mastermind events with top leaders in faith, family, fitness, and finances.
He is also a published author, working with entrepreneurs, business leaders, politicians, celebrities, and athletes. Justin's passion for Spartan obstacle course racing has changed his approach to life, and his wife Heather Batt supports her women-owned business 100%. Their home life is full of excitement as they raise their four children, 13 highland cows, miniature pony, and run Airbnb and host events at "True South Farm" outside Nashville, TN.
