HEALTHY LIFESTYLE with Host & Transformational Success Coach Lori Anne Casdia chats with award winning Kevin Roth about what opportunities placed in front of us from great challenges. Kevin bravely speaks to his transformation and how he now helps others transform.

Kevin Roth is an internationally known dulcimer player, singer, songwriter, and recording artist. His recording careerbegan in 1974 with the prestigious folk music label Folkways Records/Smithsonian, where he recorded fourteen albums. In 1984, Kevin started recording award-winning children’s music on his own label. He sang the theme song for the hit PBS television show, Shining Time Station, and composed and performed several music videos, gaining millions of fans worldwide. Kevin has recorded fifty-one albums of dulcimer music, including Dulcimeditation. He has performed around the world and has won numerous awards.

In 2014, Kevin was diagnosed with stage 3 melanoma and was told that although the melanoma had been removed, there was a 70 percent chance it would return BETWEEN THE NOTES 146 within a year and that he would be dead within three years. Hearing these words prompted Kevin to begin an earnest spiritual search for the true meaning in his life. He changed his diet and his attitude and created a new story for a happy and cancer-free life.

In 2020, Kevin created “Dulcimeditation” and began coaching individuals on how they, too, could reduce stress, stop feeling stuck, and learn how to create a life they loved using the techniques he developed. Kevin now combines his music and his incredible story of resilience in an entertaining presentation that he delivers as a keynote speaker, in workshops, and as a retreat leader. He guides people from all walks of life in how to create a life of fun, health, happiness, and lasting meaning.

Kevin lives in San Diego, California, with his dog Bosco, his collection of dulcimers, and his own original artwork.
