Michael is a Master RIM Facilitator, Jack Canfield Trainer, Barrett Values Consultant, and Transformational Retreat Leader. Michael was the 11th of 12 children born into poverty on their alcoholic father’s junkyard. After losing his mother at age 7 and being adopted by emotionally abusive relatives, he discovered resourcefulness surpasses resources. Now a six-time successful entrepreneur, Michael is on a mission to help others create their best lives. Committed to personal growth and answering the call to “be the Fire” as a teacher and human, he recently invested in a transformational retreat center in Costa Rica and co-founded the Retreat Leaders Academy. A master of creating safe and sacred spaces with love, connection, and fun, Mike serves as Senior Trainer at The RIM Institute, having taught the RIM method to over 140 coaches and therapists. He lives in Sarasota with his husband Sal of 34 years and their spoiled labradoodle Luke.
