Dr. Richard Fried is the Chief of Gastroenterology at Huntington Hospital and Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Hofstra School of Medicine. "My wife (who passed away on June 11) was a great inspiration for me. We were best friends for over 34 years. She’s the person who helped me through difficult years of training and balancing career and family."

Dr. Martin Karpeh recently joined Northwell Health and Huntington Hospital as the new head of surgery and is a surgical oncologist. He's the chair of surgery and will be a critical part of the upcoming Cancer center near Huntington Hospital. Part of the group that created the hospital's safe pathways for surgical patients and other non-COVID Patients.
