With NIL laws set to go into effect in Mississippi and five other states July 1, Ole Miss Vice Chancellor for Intercollegiate Athletics Keith Carter joined Parrish Alford to discuss his department's plan for their student-athletes.
The legislation will permit college athletes to be paid for endorsements, personal appearances and social media posts, setting up the possibility of patchwork rules from coast to coast for thousands of athletes.
