I have been friends with Michael and Sarah Lloyd since the nineties. We have done many recording projects together. Today Michael is working on a new album with Chris Banks (Ex Deep Obsession). In this podcast he is sharing his insights into the producers role as he navigates new musical arenas due to covid. He also speaks about his own new sitcom called 'Heaven', something of a radical tragic comedy. He ends with a demo of a song from Chris's new album, called 'Wherever You Are' that features Mike Garson (David Bowies pianist), guitarists Adam Fox and Dave Colquhoun (Bohemian Rhapsody film guitarist). 

In this podcast Nina talks about her songwriting, her Maori 'way of being' and her collaborative experiences with people including making a CD in support of Karagahake Gorge to keep it free from mining. She covers themes such as the sacredness of the land in her songs, and describes her experience of the power of karakia. Nina shares a relevant song called 'Piece a Paper' at the end. 

In this podcast, Kamala gives us an update on what happening at the River School in Maleny, their Olympics Day for example as well as their long standing connection with the aboriginal peoples' music culture at the school. She is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of the very successful Food Coop in Maleny. As a musicians she is making progress in marketing her music globally while still pondering how to harness present day opportunities to highlight new artists and new material.  

Thanks to the wonderful hotel workers here in QIF I shall emerge tomorrow from this time in quarantine with plenty to be thankful for as well as a few reservations. Some close strangers and some bird friends kept me company particularly one bird i named Jennifer Livingston Seagull. I end with a kiirtan that came to me here in QIF.

Its been five days now in Quarantine and tonight I share some of the benefits and the challenges. Uniting against Covid is a common theme for people and for me the word 'unity' is very significant. I decide to challenge myself and see if its possible to create some open communication with others. I end with the song'The First Time' from the album Unity Hours II.

I am in quarantine right now in Auckland hotel, having travelled from Ireland to NZ recently. I am noticing the utmost seriousness of NZ workers in their treatment of people coming into the country. My attitude is to follow the system until this period of isolation is over and I can be free again. In this podcast I share some recent experiences in Ireland that I am grateful for and some connections between Waterford in Ireland and NZ. The song 'Earths Heart Calling' is from the Children's CD I did with Vistara School children in Lismore, Australia. Tonight we discussed and shared some songs that empowered and inspired us as women and there was a huge diversity of songs: one in Hebrew, two in Maori, one in Latin, one in Bengali, and in English. It was brilliant. In this podcast I share some stories and songs that I have read about in P.R.Sarkar's books.  One about a great Tantric woman called Bhaeravii, one about mermaids and one about Lily and the Moon.
