In this episode of Kabse, Jana hosts Toufic Allouche, a name known to everyone who has worked in the social field in Tripoli. "Coach" Toufic is a development consultant, the most prominent social coach in Tripoli, a university professor, an executive member of the International Wheelchair Basketball Federation and the head of the classification committee in the Asia and Spain. Toufic talks about his injury that left him paralyzed but didn’t stop him from pursuing a career in sports and activism. As an activist, Toufic worked on putting in place the ‘’Shadow Municipality’’ a developmental project aiming at creating a fertile territory for diversity, inclusion and dialog.

لكن الأهم، أن هذا الكوتش هو مناضل حقيقي، وصاحب قصة استثنائية وفريدة، صنعت منه إنسانا لا يشبه سواه
يتحدث توفيق عن إصابته التي على اثرها أصيب بالشلل لكنها لم تمنعه من متابعة مسيرته الرياضية ونشاطه السياسي ، عمل توفيق على إنشاء "بلدية الظل" وهو مشروع تنموي يهدف إلى خلق أرض خصبة للتنوع والشمول والحوار.
