Marwan El-Rukby is the co-founder and CEO of Kadama, a tutoring platform that connects parents and students with expert tutors. The platform has raised over $70k and is backed and funded by the University of Washington. He graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor's in finance at the age of 20 and is also currently working as a financial analyst at Getty Images.

During this conversation, we talk about career advice for college students and Marwan's experience interning abroad in Oman and Turkey. He also explains the steps he and his team have taken to build their startup, Kadama, since coming up with the idea at just 16 years old.
