And, lo, David Waldman brings us good tidings of great joy, and Greg Dworkin with his Thursday Raft o’ Stories and Boatload of Punditry and Polls™. Amdt14.S3.1 is getting coverage like Luke 2:8-14 this week. SCOTUS will need more than originalism to excuse the decision 6 of them would really wish to be making. Gops would prefer that the Supreme Court would keep its nose out of Constitutional matters, and yet this case just might be the enema they’ve all needed for the last 8 years. On the other hand, most US adults approve of the Colorado Supreme Court ruling. Adults don’t include those “MAGA über alles, über alles in der Welt” types. Still, if you look at the polls, they will tell you… nothing really. Gas is cheap, though. Republicans in Congress prefer whatever lies they can get on Ukraine. You might remember Great Barrington from their crappy Barrington Declaration, but can now know them for their fake vice squad cop and his pretend Tik Tok raid looking to find racy literature in an 8th grade classroom. A Judge ordered Scott Perry to hand over 1,650 text and email records. Too bad Scott’s pardon was lost in the mail.
