After 5 years of silence, I am finally opening up about my 6 year journey at United Airlines. And let me be clear, it wasn't all bad. It has taken me a long time to feel brave enough to speak my truth, but I know that by me taking this step, it will help someone else who may face or has faced a similar situation in their own life. Many people are treated unfairly in the workplace daily, but few feel brave enough to speak up. My hope is to be able to tell my story with truth and conviction so that if a moment ever comes where you have to choose between a corporate company or yourself, you will ALWAYS choose you.

I also refuse to let how it ended for me tarnish the years of laughs, travel, joy, and incredible memories I made. I will always hold those close to my heart. I know the difference I made and that's what matters most to me. My legacy will always be every single life I have touched. I hope this episode will be a lesson for every company to say what you mean and mean what you say, to stand on business. No one likes fake energy.

So much life has happened since Season 1 ended in April of 2024. I have had many wins, many losses, and an incredible amount of personal transformation.

My hope, my goal, and my intention this season is to be more vulnerable, open up about personal stories, and share my journey (the good, the bad, and the ugly) in hopes that some part of what I have been through will resonate with you. I hope that it will cause you to look within, dream bigger, and know that no matter what season you're in, you will make it to the other side. I hope you will always remember to bet on yourself and know that no one has to see the vision but you.

Sometimes the best journeys we take are the ones that we don't have the roadmap for. I believe that trust falling into the universe and trusting God's plan will lead you to places you never even dreamed of.
