It was a cold gloomy afternoon , snow was on the ground, breathe could be seen and noses were red. It was officially Christmas time and was the night of the big sleepover you and your friends had every year. Everyone had their part to play. Ned brought the food, Peter supplied the movies, you brought the drinks and MJ brought the camera and outfits. Every year on the 23rd you and your friends had a big cliché sleepover filled with laughter, movies ,matching outfits, taking polaroids and gift giving. You all knew it was strange to intentionally have a cringe clique night but that’s what made it more fun and iconic. MJ threw us all our pyjamas which were red onesies that had Rudolph on the hood and reindeer prints all over the body of the onesie. After a stack of polaroids had been taken and all the gifts were exchanged we all settled down on the couch in peters living room. You and peter cuddled up on one side of the sofa while Ned and MJ sat awkwardly on the other. The sound of cheesy Christmas movies and the occasional laugh at a stupid joke one of you would make could be heard along with the popping of popcorn, the fizz and click of a can opening and the shutter of a camera. Peter's soft heartbeat and the warmth from the fire crackling slowly lulled you into a peaceful sleep surrounded by your family.

Intended as a generic sleeping ambience, this video includes rain, distant thunder, city white-noise, soft hum of an air conditioner unit, some movement sounds of you and your Character getting comfortable and then some soft snoring. This video does not contain any music.

--Story--

Rain splashes against the window, thunder rumbles... The odd sound of a few passing vehicles on the wet roads outside are beginning to lull you to sleep where you're sitting, attempting to stay awake awhile longer with your best friend and boyfriend, Shang-Chi, who you had once known as Shaun. But even after he'd explained everything to you about his past, awhile back, your perspective on him didn't waver because we all have scarred pasts that we wish we could leave behind - we've all done things we wish we didn't. But as time moves along and you find yourself flopping into bed next to him, you can't help but just lay there, staring absentmindedly at the ceiling. "You okay?" Your Partner's gentle, yet concerned tone sounds from beside you, tearing you from your thoughts momentarily, causing you to turn on your side to face him. A soft smile is playing on his lips, his handsome facial features being illuminated by a sudden crack of lightning and rumble of thunder. "I'm fine," You mumble, shifting towards him slightly. "Just was lost in thought, that's all." With an un-spoken agreement that everything is fine, you allow yourself to begin to drift away into a slumber, the sounds of whatever odd radio station the man sleeping beside you had tuned earlier following you into the depths of sleep...

"Great plan," Yelena scoffs. "I love the part where I almost bled to

death.”

You lay back against the metal grates as you release a soft sigh. Your heart is still pounding with adrenaline, but your Red Room training keeps you calm. It was not so long ago you were Dreykov's puppet; a tool for his destruction. If it hadn't been for the red dust, you and Yelena wouldn't be here right now. You wouldn't be free. Yelena and Natasha continue to banter like the sisters they are, though they both refuse to acknowledge it. You smile to yourself in amusement as you close your eyes. The muffled sounds of train wheels running along track and the hum of the vents accompany their voices. With no way of knowing how long you would be hiding up here, you decide to at least try to relax. You think you trust Natasha and Yelena enough to watch your back. You tuck you hand into your jacket pocket and your fingers curl around the first thing you ever bought for yourself. You draw out a pair of headphones and an iPod. Thank God you remembered to grab it before the Widows broke into the safe house you shared with Yelena. The Red Room stole your freedom to choose; taught you that preference was a luxury only normal civilians could enjoy. You were freed when you breathed in the red dust and removed your tracker chip. Free to do what, you're not, sure. For now, you think as you stuff the earbuds into your ears, you're free to choose what you like and don't like, and you like music. Making yourself as comfortable as you can on the metal floor, you pillow your head with one arm and scroll through the songs. Excitement travels through your veins as you realize the myriad of genres you could explore. Not knowing where to begin, you press play, sometimes skipping around as you allow the melodies to ease you out of survival mode. You're safe and you're free.

--Story--

Somehow, after nearly having been killed by some physco assassins that had been sent by a man who you had thought you'd left behind long ago on your usual bus to work, you now found yourself sitting on an airplane headed to Macau, China, of all places. It figured though, if you'd ever known Xialing, you'd have had to guessed that she'd choose to move somewhere as vibrant as Macau. As your longtime best friend explains his life story to Katy, occasionally dabbling into your past as well, you can't help but sigh, settling back into your seat and closing your eyes. Soon enough though, the conversation beside you comes to an end and instead is replaced by a slightly muffled sound of music and the feeling of a set of headphones being gently placed over your ears. Grinning inwardly, you allow sleep to begin to grab a hold of you, the low quality music through the cheap airline provided headphones and the simple presence of Shang-Chi and Katy at your side, lulling you into a rather peaceful slumber - even though you're nowhere near ready to face the demons of your past.
