Link leaves Faron Woods and enters Hyrule Field in pursuit of the missing children from Ordon. At the end of the trail, Link finds a Twilight-covered Kakariko Village which is besieged by Shadow Beasts and Kargaroks. Link gathers tears of light and frees the Light Spirit Eldin, saving the Kakariko Villagers Renado, Luda, and Barnes and their guests – the children from Ordon. Link is also reunited with Epona, who successfully fled a harassing band of Bulblins.
