I am allowing myself more and more to open up my mind body and soul to myself through God and secondly y'all. Yesterday was very challenging but we all have challenges and we have to reflect but ultimately be still at times because our Creator wants us to stop and just breathe...thank y'all for having open minds with me..that is a baby step if you're still listening. Be kind to yourself. Have faith in you. It's possible.

Thank y'all for everybody listening keep my brother and his children and your prayers. My first goal of this is basically journaling to myself as therapy. Secondly my number one goal is to inspire keep inspiring y'all to ReDiscover the faith and yourself so that you can elevate to our creators heaven above.

It is the most amazing thing to have been given this gift from the man upstairs to have survived I put an emphasis on survived what I have to be able to tell my story I expect only kindness no hate on here I will go through the dark storms I will go back to this dark places which is very hard for me to show you the light stick with me you might get something out of this be good to yourselves you deserve it

Let's address what we need to in life after all we have to not lose our fight I pray you'll find comfort in my messages and through that I'm very thankful to be able to do this
