I just want to spread messages in a good way true stories facts faith friends family we all have issues but let's stick together and help each other as much as possible but at the same time be aware and keep your armor on not for the darkness but for the light

I mean the episode title says it all but ultimately you are the one that makes the choice to have the chance to make a change in this life while you can with your soul intact save it if you're in a dark place trust me it's worth it love you all

Exactly just that...sure there can be calm before the storm..but.... y'all let's be real sometimes the STORM takes flight before you get to the CALM. Go to the lighter side when the darkness is so present. Listen to yourself. God bless
