Balance in life is eh. We all know we don’t live perfectly balanced lives but we strive to. Some of us at least. Just sharing our experience and ideas in regards to keeping our lives as balanced as possible.

Cancer is on the rise and we all need to be aware of it. Early detection is critical in combating cancer and the only way to detect early is to do regular check ups. It’s important that we also support and encourage each other to take care of our bodies as well. We need to watch what we eat. Be a bit more healthier in our food choices. The big one is to stay away from stress. We subject ourselves to some very unhealthy amounts of stress sometimes and we really shouldn’t. Protecting your mental health and your peace of mind is an important part of keeping a healthy body and lifestyle. Don’t neglect your health.

Just a conversation on parenthood and it’s struggles. Who truly knows what’s right when raising a child? A lot of us didn’t have great parenting to pattern our own child raring after. We just want what’s best for the next generation.

Uhmm this episode we touch on the stigmas that comes with the question “what do you bring to the table” and why Cory believes there shouldn’t be any. A refreshing take or complaint on dating.

Everyone is on their own personal journey through life. Some of us have a lot of negativity rooted in our lives that may be holding us back from achieving the things that we want. It’s difficult to see parts of yourself as negative but sometimes it’s necessary for growth.

Sometimes in our dating lives we encounter inconsistencies in the individuals that we have interest in. Be it a loss of interest or genuinely being occupied what makes these inconsistencies stand out is the lack of communication. So if you are seeing inconsistencies or maybe you’re the person being inconsistent the best option is to communicate. It’s the only way to clear up any misgivings or misunderstandings.

This episode we talk about the BIBLE! A very touchy topic but we’re just expressing our thoughts on certain things that we may not fully understand. We appreciate the knowledge and the meaning behind the Bible, we just have some questions. 🧐
