What are the qualities of a reliable witness of the Gospel today?

Reliable means they believe the message.

The Mind of Christ is humble

The humility of Christ is seen in the cross – Philippians 2:1-8

Take up your cross and follow Christ – Luke 9:23; Matthew 10:38

Facing only one direction

He’s not going back.

They have no plans of their own.

The Mind of Christ is characterized by love

Love those different than you – Matthew 5:43-47

Love one another for love comes from God – 1 John 4:7-12

To have the Mind of Christ is to match His…

-passion.

-heart.

-love.

-consistency.

-mannerisms.

Match Jesus in every way.
