In this one, I talk a little bit about creativity, writing, music, and friendship. Just a little chat about life and getting older. I hope you like it or it gives you some happy vibes.

Today I talked about some really crazy things. I wanted to have a good time and talk about all the things I've been obsessed with. We obviously didn't cover them all but it was a blast nonetheless.

Today I share some of the things that I've been struggling with and how I am slowly recovering. I share all about the little things that have been working and have been making me feel better.

Let's Try This Again! It's that time of year again when the seasons begin to turn. I know some people are dreading it but I'm absolutely ecstatic. Fall is my favorite time of year and it's coming a bit sooner this year. I really noticed the change on my drive to work on August 11th. The leaves were changing, the rain was falling, and the world seemed quieter. Join me in this episode to celebrate the fall season.
