Kamen Rider AA

After a good while, the A's return to the grimdark realm of Amazon Riders. The forecast is rainy all week and while we don't have McDonald's at home, we do have Kazuya.

We would've had an ad in here for meeting "Hot Fangire singles in your area," but Bishop was apparently too busy stalking Mio to give us the ad copy.

Through blood, sweat, and a really dirty joke, Adam earns the "Explicit" tag on this podcast. Annah recounts a time she had some good paella.

This week, the A's ask and and answer life's greatest question: What is a Goblin Coordinate?

This week, we are again joined by Amber (@tokuswag) for a AAA episode in which we watched the Kamen Rider Kiva movie, King of the Castle in the Demon World!

Annah gets unreasonably angry about the placement of ancient demonic ruins. Amber enjoys the silliness of Kiva for what it is. Adam tries to tolerate the time travel shenanigans.

The trend of throwing newcomers straight into the waters of Kamen Rider sans context continues as it is time for friend of the show, Ileana to walk the plank.

Adam and Annah return to the grimdark realm of Amazon Riders and get dealt a heavy-handed parable about how humans can be more monstrous than actual monsters. Such novelty.

In the midst of all this, Adam continues his descent into V-Tuber hell. Annah facepalms from the knowledge that she's going to be given the same thematic message for the next two episodes. They both get unnecessarily hyped when Haruka turns the Shrike Amazon into giblets by driving into him.

This week on KRAA, Adam demonstrates that he does not understand human facial expressions and how they relate to emotions. Annah recounts a terrible sight she beheld shortly before they started recording. They both go on a Star Wars tangent.

The A's are joined again by Cassidy (@madlobotanist) for a double feature extravaganza of Kamen Rider ZO and Kamen Rider J! Adam falls in love with the creature and suit designs of the films' era. Annah proposes a new signing-off catch phrase. Cassidy unleashes the bits.
