St. Charles North's Kara Glenn finished the IHSA girls track and field meet with three state titles, which included anchoring the 4x800-meter relay to a Class 3A state meet record, St. Francis' 4x800 team won the Class 2A title, and ACC's Cecilia Hilby won the Class 2A 800 title.

Kane County-area communities, veterans groups and organizers will host Memorial Day events throughout the county for the public to honor all deceased military service members.

The Kane County Sheriff’s Office is partnering with other Illinois law enforcement agencies to increase enforcement for the Memorial Day travel period through the “Click It or Ticket” campaign.
