Kara Foster First Christian Madisonville KY

October 11th, 2026 - First Christian Church Message, There Our Hearts Will Be, Rev. Kara Foster, Scripture, John 12:1-8, Madisonville, Ky. #fccmadisonvilleky #madisonvilledisciples #disciplesofchrist

Our Church is a place for...

Friendship

Nothing quite compares to the joy of Christian friendship. This circle of care is ever widening. Come let us stretch it to include you as well.

Learning

To us, studying the Bible is vital because it not only instructs us intellectually, but also guides us spiritually. Learning its truths is a thrilling adventure.

Enrichment

For every person at every age level we offer a wealth of opportunities — special programs and ministries for children, youth and adults which fill the church calendar.

Service

Just as Jesus Christ came “not to be ministered unto, but to minister…” we accept our responsibility to reach out in service to others. This applies both within the church family and outside our fellowship.

Worship

Our primary reason for meeting together is to focus our attention on God, giving Him our worship and receiving His blessing and inspiration. Each of these occasions is a special time of spiritual refreshment.

We hope this is what you experience with us and we hope to see you soon. Come join us in worship this Sunday morning at 1030 College Drive in Madisonville, Ky.

First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) is a servant church welcoming all persons to the journey of knowing and experiencing God’s love and grace.

We feel called to:

Provide many ways for people to know and be drawn to God.

Reach out to serve all people with love, peace and compassion.

Build, strengthen and nurture the whole Body of Christ.
