We love this girl!  She comes in to give us Kara's Take on things... and she doesn't take any crap from Marty!  She flings it right back like a pro.  Our Kara-boo.  Boo-boo-who-do?  Kara Kara Bara Boo Boo, we're through.  (no, not really, we'll be coming up with boo rhymes for Kara until we run out)
