Prayer in sanskrit chanted  just as one wakes up. This prayer invokes the 3 forms of the Mother Goddess, Aadi-Paraa-Shakti, the One who is the form of all energies which constitute creation. The shloka invokes each form of the Goddess, Knowledge(Sarasvati), Nourishment and Benevolence( Lakshmi) and Power of Action( Parvati),  to grant us their energy to conduct the day. We thus start the day with the blessings of the Mother which helps us maintain a positive attitude assured in Her benevolence.
