Karat Juice Podcast

In this episode, we discuss a life lesson... a cautionary tale that could you lead into a money pit.

Secondly, shooting in Kentucky and Jack Harlow, what happened over the weekend there. Billie Eilish has changed and she DOES not want the attention.

Lastly, Caitlyn Jenner has a stance on transgender participation in sports and I have a couple of cents to add as well.

Welcome to the show.

In this episode, I discuss my first impression and thoughts about the 2021 Mortal Kombat film.

SPOILER ALERT++++++++++======================================

If you have not seen the movie.... go and check it out in theaters or on HBO Max and then come back to have a conversation. Nostalgia, memories, sweaty palms and gore. Nothing like a good old action movie to get the blood pumping. Sit back, relax, grab a beverage and enjoy your next helping of Karat Juice.

In this episode, Julius Randle has a story to tell. What can we learn from it and the impact of Kobe and his legacy on players today. We are calling Demi Lovato to the front of the class, I had to bring up #Fro-YoGate and her gripe with The Big Chill yogurt shop. Have you ever been triggered by healthy food options? We must discuss this! I also talk about the housing market and its future stability. Are we looking at a bubble like the one from 2008?

Join me for a conversation every Tuesday. It's common sense with a twist.

Sit back, relax, grab a snack, and take a sip.

Condolences to Earl Simmons aka Dark Man X | DMX. Let's reminisce about the legendary hip-hop star's impact and how he influenced an entire generation in the '90s. We will also cover Cosmopolitan magazine and its omissions over the years and how it has affected the culture. Have you ever regretted anything in life? Candace Bushnell does and she told us why. Lastly, what happens when you are botched into an eternal mean mug due to a botox mishap. Sit back, relax, grab a snack, and take a sip.

Today's episode was a blast creating and I hope that you enjoy the collaboration. I had a great time chopping it up with Kirk on a variety of topics and next week we will get back to our regularly scheduled programming. In the interim, sit back, relax, and enjoy the conversation.

"Have a victor mentality rather than a victim mentality". - Montay Lee

Watch on Youtube: https://youtu.be/pxHg3woHBOM

Kirk sits down with his friend Montay Lee to discuss an array of topics ranging from his role as a probation officer to music and ultimately his new podcasting project Karat Juice. Between talk of the San Antonio Spurs and expensive sandals, the duo tries to solve the massive divide facing our nation. Montay's positive disposition and worldview make it impossible not to like him, but don't take our word for it. Music includes Thundercat & Ty Dolla$ign, Anderson.Paak, Kid Cudi, Future, and Drake. Theme by HILTON & Lover Boy.

Additionally, if you haven't heard A-Rod & JLo called it quits and ended their engagement after four years and there are some rumors swirling around as to why. So let's talk about it.
