A conversation with my karate coach Joe Alfonso on getting kids interested in sport, keeping them motivated through fun and coaching high level athletes.  We also discuss work ethic and training hard.  We discuss the importance of the relationship between coach and athlete and the positive outcomes that it has especially through the teen years.
