Although we may aspire to be on our best behavior, we will not be on our best behavior at all times.  By the way, this behavior includes our thoughts.  This is THE MAIN REASON why we need God as a reminder that we are loved anyway.  Fear is consuming, but God's Love consumes that.  We can beat ourselves up for being human.  God loves us in such a way that we can say, I'm okay, and I am enough so we can move forward trusting His Will every moment of our lives.

It's been days of construction and visits from loved ones, so we have had a few days without the podcast, but we are back on track.  Although its less than 10 minutes long, today's episode focuses on feeling good about the experiences that have made us who we are.  Feeling good does not mean doing backflips, cartwheels, and acting oblivious to past pain.  No.  It just means we can rise above it and continue to grow past our past.  Life doesnt happen in the past.  Stagnancy does.  Until the next episode, remember,  we can experience any and everything that is good when we let good experience us.
