In the last episode, we vibed a bit about learning to properly communicate with God to receive His Divine Guidance without kicking and screaming all the way.  In this episode, we will talk a little about appreciation not being a feeling but a lifestyle that invites in and supports all the good opportunities God presents to us to grow and heal in places in our lives that need it most.  Until the next episode, remember, I appreciate you.

In the last 5 episodes, we talked about letting go of negative belief systems about ourselves and who we are and, that is no less than victorious.  In this episode, I will talk about how necessary proper communication is because we can't receive Divine guidance if we do not know how to talk to and listen to God.

In the last episode, we vibed a bit about shaking off the negative images we have of ourselves and how thinking negatively holds us back from not necessarily an easy life, but a comfortable one.  In this episode, we will continue to stay encouraged and talk about getting to know our true selves to discover how uniquely and wonderfully created we really are!! 

In the last e extended episodes, we vibed a bit about letting go of negative perspectives, perceptions, thoughts, and beliefs about ourselves, starting with the one none of us like to admit.  If we are thinking negatively about ourselves in any way, we are the problem with our problems.
